Product overview

The servo press-fit and inspection station uses a servo motor in closed loop to control press force and displacement. It samples the force-displacement curve at 1 kHz and judges OK / NG automatically against the tolerance window. Force accuracy is ±1% FS and displacement resolution is 0.01 mm. The station suits precision press-fitting of bearings, bushes and pin shafts and provides full process traceability.

Press force is measured by a load cell mounted directly under the press ram, so friction in the guide is excluded from the measurement. Displacement is read by a linear encoder or a servo encoder. Because the whole curve is recorded, the station detects not only a missing part or a wrong part but also a cocked bush, a damaged bore or a burr, which a force-only monitor misses.

The station is commonly used as the final assembly and inspection cell for automotive components, and the records meet the traceability requirements of IATF 16949. Every workpiece gets its own curve, archived by serial number.
