Product Overview
The motor-driven belt elevator is an automatic feeding machine that uses a gear motor as its power source to lift and convey materials continuously on a conveyor belt. Material discharged from a vibratory bowl feeder or hopper drops onto the belt; the gear motor drives the head pulley, moving the belt continuously at the set incline angle to lift workpieces steadily to a higher level and deliver them to the processing station, assembly line, or packing station — achieving automatic transition from low-level loading to high-level feeding.
Compared with bucket elevators and pneumatic conveying, the motor-driven belt elevator offers a simpler structure, smooth operation, minimal damage to workpieces, and stepless speed adjustment, with low noise and low energy consumption. It is especially suitable for medium and large workpieces and continuous high-level feeding of bulk parts. Often working in line with electric vibratory bowl feeders and motor-driven pusher feeders, it is widely used for automatic feeding of fasteners, stamped metal parts, injection-molded parts, batteries, and food products.

Quick Selection Guide by Part Size
Part Size Recommended Belt Width Recommended Belt Speed Recommended Motor Power Recommended Incline Small parts (≤20 mm, ≤50 g) 100–200 mm 5–20 m/min 120–250 W ≤30° Medium parts (20–100 mm, 50–500 g) 200–400 mm 3–15 m/min 370–750 W ≤45° Large parts (100–300 mm, 0.5–5 kg) 400–800 mm 1–10 m/min 750 W–2.2 kW ≤60° or cleated belt Note: Actual conveying capacity = belt width × material layer thickness × belt speed. The steeper the incline and the heavier the parts, the lower the belt speed should be, with sidewalls or cleats added. The table above is a general reference; final selection should consider part geometry, material, and workshop layout.
